Part - 2Key Joy-Creating Skills
Key Note: Be sure to validate, acknowledge and cherish any and all wins and successes you have doing these exercises. At first it matters not how much you get out of the exercise. It matters that you validate what you do achieve. For in doing that you will continually build toward greater and greater achievements.
A key trap is to allow your attention to go to what you did not achieve. As our old friend Yoda would say, that is the path to the dark side. When you do that you are feeding energy and validity to the absence of gain. When you set an expectation that you don't achieve and you then focus on the disappointment, you fall deeper into the trap. Let yourself get what you get, and let that be OK. If you do that, you will find yourself growing and expanding constantly. Thus when you do the next exercise or you return to an old one, you will get far more out of it that you did before.
